Absolutely. The safety and well-being of our clients is our highest priority. During your initial consultation, we conduct a thorough health and injury history screening. We will design your program to work around any limitations and often incorporate corrective exercises to help strengthen and rehabilitate the affected area. We may also recommend collaborating with your healthcare provider to ensure our approach is aligned with your medical advice. Our trainers are experienced in working with clients with various conditions and are skilled at adapting exercises accordingly.

The frequency of training depends entirely on your specific goals, current fitness level, and availability. However, we generally recommend a minimum of two to three sessions per week to see significant and continuous progress. Consistency is far more important than frequency; training three times a week, every week, will yield better results than training six times one week and then not at all the next. We will work with you to create a realistic and effective schedule that you can maintain over the long term.

Not at all. In fact, most of our clients come to us precisely because they are starting their fitness journey or returning after a long break. Our programs are scaled and progressed appropriately for every fitness level, from absolute beginner to advanced athlete. We meet you where you are and provide the guidance and support to build your fitness foundation safely and effectively. Your journey is unique, and we celebrate every step of progress you make.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling a session. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen, and we will always review such instances on a case-by-case basis with fairness and understanding. Our policy is designed to respect the time of both our trainers and our clients.
